Shipping:

Flat rate expedited shipping on all orders based on province:

Ontario and Quebec : $10
All other provinces: $15 

Free local delivery on orders over $30 before taxes to Hull/Gatineau/Aylmer. Only select this option if you actually live within the area; if not, your order will ship once the shipping fee has been received. Not sure if you fall within the area? Just contact me before placing your order.

At this time I only ship within Canada using the Expedited service from Canada Post.


When will you ship my order?

I work hard to get things out within 24 hours but some of the products are made to order to stay true to what I value most; fresh and crafted with care. Therefore, I need 2-3 days from time to time to allow for the making and drying before being able to ship. But I’m on it!

Uh oh, I made a mistake while placing my order, what happens now?

Depending on what the mistake is, I might be able to fix it. Wrong shipping address? Sure, unless the order has shipped already. In this case, let’s hope it will make its way back to me  where I can reship at your expense. Wrong item ordered? I’ll do my best to swap it for the right one. Get in touch with me as soon as possible by clicking here.

Dude, where’s my order?

Good question! Use the tracking number I emailed you to see its whereabouts. Once it leaves the shop, it is literally out of my hands and I have no more information than what’s provided by Canada Post. If they deemed an order lost or destroyed, get in touch with me and I will file a claim on your behalf with them but will not reship the order.

If porch pirates are in action in your neighborhood, Canada Post offers delivery options once you get your tracking info. It is a good idea if you don’t think you’ll be around when it arrives. Better be safe than sorry!

Will you ship to a friend or loved one?

Awe, of course I will! Enter their address in the shipping field and make sure it’s right! I’d be happy to add a note as well to let them know that you’re thinking about them. Leave the message in the “notes” section during checkout.


Returns and damages

Do you accept returns?

Sorry but I simply can’t due to the nature of the products. Everything is final sale so contact me if you have any questions before buying.

My order is incomplete or incorrect.

So sorry about that! Get in touch with me within 3 days of receiving your order so I can make it right! Make sure to take pictures so that I know what happened.

My product arrived busted and that makes me sad :-(

That’s such a bummer and I feel for you. Shipping can be rough and breakage happens so I try to pack fragile items with that in mind. Let me know within 3 days of receiving your package and I’ll see what I can do. Please keep in mind that some products such as bath truffles/bombs/salts are sensitive to cold/heat and humidity and I have no control over the conditions that happen during shipping.


Coupons and sales:

How come I can’t use my coupon during checkout?

From time to time I run a very good promo where allowing extra discounts would mean you get an awesome deal but makes it unsustainable which means I wouldn't be able to stay in business very long. For example, using your welcome coupon on top of any sale, custom order, gift basket or clearance items won’t work at checkout. Also, coupons can’t be used on 8-bar loaves or 4-bar packs. Coupons are only valid on regular-priced items and not to be combined with any other active promo (BOGO, % off, etc). Once in a while I might also have a no-minimum free shipping event where no extra discounts can be applied.

 I signed up for your “Join the tub” newsletter and got a $10 off coupon, what’s the catch?

No catch, it is yours to use as a thank you for getting onto my mailing list. It won’t expire so use it when you’re ready. It is valid with a minimum purchase of $50 before taxes and shipping. All conditions listed above apply to this coupon.

 I pre-ordered some stuff but now you have a sale, can you honor the sale price on my order?

I wish I could! Unfortunately all pre-orders are considered special orders and don’t qualify for any sale price. I appreciate you getting in ahead of time with your pre-buy though, you won’t be disappointed!
