Use 1/2 cup or more and soak for at least 20 minutes.

This is a potent blend, people with sensitive skin should avoid using. Do not use on broken skin. Do not ingest. External use only. A tingling sensation can occur and is normal; however, discontinue use if skin irritation occurs.
